( Hwylryn takes his time paying Witch a visit, in part so Witch can chillax, and, in part, because Hwylryn is willful, and feels like doing a bit more spelunking across castle grounds. He also took a dip or two, changed some clothes, was a nuisance... It's probably closer to evening by the time he arrives.
When he finally makes his way to the grotto, he's dressed in a white, flowing nightgown and a blue, shiny night-robe (picked for how easy fun they'd feel to swim in later), and he has a sort of sack in tow - it has bread, jam, jewelry, flowers, and other, fun knick-knacks Hwylryn collected during his tour, that he thought he might bring (as gifts? offerings?) to their mysterious... benefactor? kidnapper? whichever.
He calls out as he approaches: )

I wouldn't say I like to study, but that I've fallen into all kinds of magic. My favorite kind is a secret. My runner up is transfiguration magic.
